The Bikfaya 5K Eco Race is a LAF-certified, eco-friendly running event set against the stunning mountain scenery of Bikfaya. Whether you're a competitive runner chasing a personal best or a family out for a fun morning together — there's a race for everyone.

Starting and finishing at Bikfaya Square, the course winds through the scenic streets of this beautiful mountain town, with spectators cheering every step of the way.

Common Questions

When does registration open?

Registration opens on August 20, 2026 and closes on September 15, 2026. Spots are limited so register early.

How do I pay for registration?

Payment is processed through OMT. Visit any OMT office and pay using your full name as shown on your registration. OMT Wallet Holder: JOSEPH BOU KARAM · Tel. +961 76 892 927. You have 3 days after registration to complete payment and secure your spot.

What's the difference between the 5K and 2K?

The 5K is a certified competitive race with chip timing, official results, category rankings and cash prizes. The 2K is a non-competitive fun run open to all ages and families — no pressure, all fun.

What do I need to bring on race day?

Bring your confirmation email or ticket number (digital or printed), a valid ID, and comfortable running gear. Hydration stations will be available along the route.

Is there an age limit?

The 2K fun run is open to all ages (minors must be accompanied by a guardian). The 5K competitive race requires participants to be 16+ years old.

Is parking available in Bikfaya?

Yes, parking is available in the Bikfaya area near the start/finish at Bikfaya Square. Please note there is no organised transport service to the event at this time.

Is the event eco-friendly?

Yes! The Bikfaya Race is committed to being an eco-friendly event ♻️. We minimise single-use plastic and encourage responsible behaviour on the course and in Bikfaya.
